The Work Life Flexibility Formula™

Welcome to the Work Life Flexibility Formula Course. This is the outline for our 12-week course that will lead you to overcome the overwhelm of operating your thriving business and being the parent you want to be. In this course we introduce you  to a new way of creating flexibility so that you can move between these two pillars in your life in a way that gives you peace and will allow your business to grow without you having to do everything!

Week 1

Introduction to The Work Life Flexibility Formula. In this module, we go through the training timeline, introduce the key concepts of the formula, assess where each attendee is at in their business and life.

Week 2

This week we explain systems and their value to growing your business, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training methods, digital vs. written delivery and storage of your systems.

We also go through systems you can use in your home life to take some of the ‘mental load’ off you and help your family to help you keep on top of things.

 

Week 3

This is the first week of delving deeper into the first part of the Business side of the pendulum and the first part of the Life side.

Week 4

Week 4 is tackling the second part from the Business and Life sides and going over the work from the previous week.

Week 5

Week 5 is a ‘report in’ week where attendees go over the work they have done and are put in the ‘hot seat’ and can go over any specific questions they have about their business.

Week 6

Week 6 is tackling the third parts from the Business and Life sides.

Week 7

Week 7 is tackling the fourth parts from the Business and Life sides and going over the work from the previous week.

Week 8

Week 8 is going over the fifth and final parts from the Business and Life sides and going over the work from the previous week.

Week 9

Week 9 is another ‘report in’ week. Attendees can go over all the systems they have developed for all 5 parts of their Business and Life sides of the pendulum.

Week 10

Recap systems and delivery, which of the above systems spoke to you and which ones will you tweak to fit for you, how you will train                   & communicate with an outsourced team.

Week 11

This week we give you ways to evaluate the results of team/staff, performance management role, tweaking training, and delivery. We also evaluate the Home Time Saving Plan, how you can initiate role changes, and outsourcing some jobs to reduce your load.

This is all about you not having to ‘do’ every job but being able to ‘oversee’ everything.

Week 12

This week we discuss what your next moves are with your newly developed time. Do you:

  • Grow business – working ‘on’ business & not ‘in’ it
  • Spend more time with family
  • Dedicate time to hobbies, passion projects
  • Take on new business opportunities or locations
